Speak-up against Harassment Of Teens At The Walden Galleria Mall

I AM Malcolm Bulls writing about a incident at the Walden Galleria Mall Cheektowaga, Newyork February, 27 2010.

While my sister was paying a bill at the Walden Galleria Mall, my two nephews and two friends were at the Walden Galleria Mall Saturday February, 27 2010 when they were asked to leave because of entering the wrong movie (They all had tickets for the movies). When told this by the Cheektowaga, NY police officer my nephew laid down his soda and popcorn down to call his mother my sister another officer began antagonizing by saying, "YOU DON'T HAVE TO CALL YOUR BITCH ASS MOTHER WHAT YOU NEED TO CALL HER FOR". My younger nephew ask what was happening being concerned of his cousin he was told " STEP BACK OR I WILL PUNCH YOU IN YOUR FACE".

When walking out of the cinema area the officer asked my nephew his age, he replied ( my nephew ) he was 14 yrs of age. Then the officer told my nephew " what are you looking at because I'm no-one too be played with, why did you say that you were 16" my nephew replied "I have given you my age its 14" the officer then replied "are trying too act tough", then the officer pulled my nephew to the side and said " I will bring you to the side behind these mall cameras and PUT A BULLET THROUGH YOUR FUCKING HEAD ".
Then he began too grab my nephew by the left arm and slammed him against the wall. Then other Cheektowaga officers ask the officer who was roughing up my nephew "Are you having problems with him". Then they began too hand-cuff my nephew and escorted him out of the theater to wait for a Cheektowaga police vehicle.

When I arrived at Cheektowaga Police Head Quarters, The ( Cheektowaga Police Officers) were very belligerent when asked simple questions so I could imagine how any 14 yr. old child would have felt in that situation. My nephews both live on the eastside of Buffalo, Newyork and have never been threaten by a weapon such as a gun but to have it done by one who is in law enforcement is unacceptable.
