Background (Preamble):
Law & Order: Criminal Intent has served fans well over the years, but now USA Network is trying to change that. They say 'for the fans' but they don't really mean it, they never asked us what we wanted. So Jeff Goldblum is set to take over the series in April 2010. Majority of the LOCI fans don't want that.
We want Vincent D'Onofrio and Kathryn Erbe to ALTERNATE episodes with Jeff Goldblum and Saffron Burrows. We want the old decent writing scheme back from the third-fifth seasons of the series and if USA can't afford the whole cast (or whatever is going on) we want the series back on NBC (or moved to another network).
It is for the fans isn't it? We want the old style back by season 10 of LOCI. It's time for a change!

We, the undersigned, call on NBC, NBC Universal, and the USA Network to bring back the "LOCI" that fans have come to love and enjoy. Not the stuff they are trying to spew to us fans now.
