Fairer energy costs at Birch Creek Apartments

The Birch Creek Apartment Management relocated the tenants while "remodeling the units. The so-called High energy efficiency units are the cause of unusually high utility costs. The insulation is not very good as witnessed by the high noise transmission between apartments and the difficulty in maintaining comfortable heat at a reasonable consumption energy.

There is not much insulation between units, and i suspect between the walls of each unit exposed to ambient atmospheric temperatures. There should be a method to insulate the walls between the units which as a side feature will help significantly abate the noise pollution within the site between neighbors.To hear every sound made by neighbors, no matter how minor, is unusual, stressful and a violation of the very human need for privacy. Also the heater close to the ceiling is just crazy! Why were the heaters places there? To me that doesn't seem cost efficiency.

So people on a fixed income can truly live. Those who are older or unable to work can live comfortably.

I started this petition for the people.
Those who voices feel unheard.

For those who have to go without food or their daily needs because of a energy bill.

Those that keep their heat off and live in a cold home because they are afraid of the next heat bill.

We have a right to live in happiness.
So I fight for my rights and will always do so.

And to the management at Birch Creek
I hope for no retaliation. And to be treated fairly.
