Return of confiscated property to Czech Americans, Sudet Germans, Sudet Germans Americans who had property stolen during WWII

We the Czech Americans, Sudet Germans, Sudet Germans Americans were denied the return of our confiscated property. The communist government during and after WW2 Confiscated (stole) properties of thousands of people. After 1989, it was supposed to give it back (restituted) to the original owners. It never happened. Members of communist party restituted what were supposed to restitute original owners.
Communist thus have commited grand theft, a crime for which they have not been punished. They prevent us from ownership by making illegal laws such as:1. you must be a czech citizen, 2. deadline has passed etc.
Czech president Klauss proved these theories by protesting the Lisbon Treaty. One interesting point here is to notice that Klauss did not mention the Czech Americans, only Sudet Germans. That is another proof.
We, the undersigned, call on EU court of human rights in Strasbourg to accept and solve our cases of restitution and to do justice in the form of prosecution of communist criminals who stole our properties.
