Tierra Land Services plans to build up to 27 residential units on just 9.6 acres next to our neighborhood.

1. The building plan does not fit into the current neighborhood, it changes the charm, solitude and existing characteristics of the neighborhood.

3.The project would result in more noise and traffic which impacts for our residents.

4.The project approval would result in light and glare impacts for our residents.

6. Added Construction Staff traffic & parking in our neighborhood

7. Dust and Debris from removal and reconstruction

8. Construction Noise would disturb our neighborhood for the duration of the build.

10. Resale value of our homes will be impacted.

11. It is discriminatory to other neighbors who purchased and built their homes believing they were buying in an area where houses are zoned for minimum 1 home per 3.3 acres.

12. It will create increased density and problems to an area not adequately designed for such traffic, parking, & maintenance problems.

We would strongly urge the Pima County to reconsider the approval of this development.
