We, the undersigned, voting interests and concerned homeowners of Windhover Condominiums request the board of directors fulfill their fiduciary responsibility to the community and form a Management Review Committee for the purpose of exploring cost savings alternatives to effectively reduce the budget by a significant amount in this downturn economy by $20,000.
