Background (Preamble):
Until recently, 18 Commercial Drive, West Lebanon, New Hampshire was a warehouse only. Creative Movement School of Dance (CMSD) opened their doors at this location September 2009.
There is a great deal of foot traffic (unrelated to CMSD) in this secluded area near the river. Children ranging from preschool through high school age take classes here and often get out after dark.

For the safety of the Creative Movement School of Dance teachers and students as well as the pedestrians, we, the undersigned, call on the town or state to install additional street lights on Commercial Drive, West Labanon, New Hampshire.
