Background (Preamble):
The Gold Coast City Council under pressure from a small number of residence who have purchased dwellings close to the large boat ramp facility at Harley Park (Grand Hotel) are voting to ban the launching and retrieval of Personal Watercraft (ie Jetski's) from this facility. The council votes on the by-law on Monday 23rd November.
The PWC users are holding a peaceful rally at the GCCC chambers from 8.00am to 12.00pm on Monday 23rd November to show council that PWC users are rate paying residents as well.

We, the undersigned, call on the Gold Coast City Council to continue to allow Personal Watercraft users to use the Harley Park boat ramp facility with continued upholding of the current noise regulations.
