Background (Preamble):
In 1978, Sir Eric Gairy, the then Prime Minister of Grenada, brought about by personal conviction and courage that UFO's were real, the adoption of UN Decision 33/426. It's mandate is"Establishment of an agency or a department of the United Nations for undertaking, co-ordinating and disseminating the results of research into unidentified flying objects and related phenomena".
If one member nation of the UN steps forward and requests the implementation of this decision, the future of our planet will be forever altered.
