Background (Preamble):
I am an Army retd person. I myself has invested with City Limouzines (I) Ltd/City Realcom on my name and my son's name. My total investment is Rs. 404682.00. I invested this money to meet the increased expenditure in connection with the higher education of my children. Every thing was going smoothly till 1st week of Aug 09.
After Aug 09 very difficulty is being experienced to meet the expenditure for education of my children. Central govt & Honorable SC are requested to sort out the matter.

Petition:
May I request Central/State govt and Honorable Supreme Court of India to sort out the matter at the earliest possible because lacs of investors have been suffering since 11th of Aug 2009.
Either company should restart its business and start giving the monthly income to its investors as hither to fore or otherwise refund the principal amount in full in one lump sum.
