This is for anyone who believes that penalties in Australia for animal cruelty are not harsh enough for what the poor little darlings go through.
Petition:
We, the undersigned, call on the Australian Government to ensure worse penalties for people who enforce cruelty upon animals.
Animals feel pain and emotions just as much as humans do so why not have just as bad penalties for abuse to animals as to humans? If the penalties for animal cruelty are light, who is to say they won't strike again and again?
If the penalties were worse there's a good chance they won't dare to repeat their evil acts.
