Ban this individual from the New York Jets' tailgate

A group of friends without tickets to the Pats home opener this year decided to join our tailgate and then watch the game in the parking lot using an HD TV and antenna. One particular friend (we'll call him Tom) got a little too excited and decided to drink a majority of the handle of Jim Beam sarcastically donated to the tailgate.

After/during the Jets win it is safe to say things got out of hand. He was then banned from our tailgate for the Titans game and is now seeking reinstatement. He claims not to remember anything from the 2nd half onward, so in an effort to provide him with a depiction the following e-mail was sent by a member of the group:

you were screaming after every play after halftime, but became especially distraught and enraged everytime a jacksonville score scrolled because it f'd up your parlay or something. You also screamed into John Doe's Father's ear for about 3-4 hours, and hit my girfriends's chair in front of you like 50 times. I caught you from falling into an open grill, albeit a small one. You told my gf she sucks, then apologized. You peed ur pants. You also screamed "N#$#$#R" at an unidentified man, likely the referee, multiple times.
Upon leaving, you opened the car door blocking our exit, and after Bob told you get the fk out, you closed the door, and decided it was time to expose yourself in Bob gf's very near vicinity, and within a foot of two kids whom i dont know...likely a sex crime... You then chased the car pants half undone...stopped, took your shirt off, then ran towards the car again, until you finally gave up, and brought the degen X "suck it" out of retirement. Then you texted Jim and i and told us we were pieces of shit and to go bang our girlfriends....i think that covers the highlights...or lowlights
