Russell Harty Needs Your Support for Lieniency in Sentencing

Russell Harty has had a prior felony conviction for drugs in his past many years ago. A misdemeaner DUI conviction approximately 6 months ago while he was in Phoenix, AZ. He got another DUI within 30 days of the first, a class 4 felony, which on September 17th, 2009 he plead guilty to. His sentence can be anywhere from 1 year to 3 3/4 years, the presumptive is 2 1/2 years.

The sentence also includes substantial fines and a revocation of his driver's license for 3 years. The ignition interlock device must be installed on his vehicle for no less than a year after he gets his license back.

Russell, as most of you know, has since changed his life completely and is now running his own business in Heber where he now resides. He is responsible for his business and employees, which would not have been posible without all of the changes he has made. He has shown, without a doubt, that he is a different person and has matured greatly. He did all of this for himself with much help from friends and family who have supported him the whole way.
