Previously CSUN administration had agreed to explore the possibility of establishing a weekly farmer's market on our campus. Recently, this action item was removed from President Koester's agenda.
The groundwork and details of running the market have already been worked out by various faculty. Now, we just need to show very strong student support in favor of the farmer's market to convince President Koester to proceed in a timely manner with this action item.
We, the undersigned, call on President Jolene Koester to approve and allocate funding for the establishment of a weekly farmer's market on the CSUN campus.
