We, Lemmond Acres Homeowners of Mint Hill, would like to Petition the sale of multiple lots to the Realtors Joseph and Scott Collins in their planned Belle Glade Subdivision. The land is adjacent to our subdivision.
One of our main concerns is the traffic on Cabarras Road and the price of these homes will devalue our property.
We, Lemmond Acres neighbors, call upon the board of Commissioners, to please stop the sale of small lots to the Collins Realtors for the subdivion Belle Glade.
