NO to YORKTOWN COLONY APARTMENT POOL/SMOKING BAN

Background (Preamble):
We the residents, of Yorktown Colony Apartments, feel it is not necessary to ban smoking from the pool grounds. We feel like this is a privilage we pay for within our rent.
To our knowledge there has never been a complaint or an injury due to smoking inside the fenced area! We also feel that kids may be left unattended while parents are outside the pool gate leaving others to attend th their evry move.
We also feel that people gathered in a large group outside the pool fence would look bad to anyone visiting the premises.
We appreciate our pool and the rules that are currently in place and we will continue to keep the cigarettes cleaned up and in the proper sand buckets! Please continue to allow us to smoke in the pool area, we have done nothing wrong to have this taken away from us, your paying residents, who rent here and truley enjoy our smoking privlege at the pool!!!

We feel some of our funds monthly are used to maintain the pool, therefore, we feel smoking around the outdoor pool of the complex should be granted to us, we the residents.
