The Eighth Amendment (Amendment VIII) to the United States Constitution is the part of the United States Bill of Rights which prohibits the federal,state government from imposing excessive bail, excessive fines or cruel and unusual punishments.
"Dee Jay" was said to be in violation of probation for "violating a protection order, at 12:30 a.m.on June10th ''Dee jay' hunter was in his home when the former girlfriend that has a restraining order against him appeared at his back door, before he had a chance to call the police he was immediately arrested in his home for "violating his protection order" he was taken to jail and given a 250,000 bond ,"Dee jay" did not violate this protection order because the former girlfriend came to his home we the family believe this is an injustice and we also feel that '' Dee Jay'' will not have a fair trial we urge the community to sign this petition so this will not happen to anyone else in our Community.
The family of Dwayne Hunter wishes the support of the Middletown Community by signing this petition. The family of "Dwayne "Dee Jay"Hunter believes that Amendment VIII of the Constitution of United States has been violated.
