The law is 2 years maximum jail time and or 10,000 dollars fine. Perpetrator's need to get the full extent of the law.
There needs to be laws with longer maximum jail time and higher fines for the perpetrator's.
My name is Sara Hendrickson and I am 13 years old and i am one of the many students who believes that there should be tougher animal cruelty laws.
