John Carrillo has worked at Meadow Park Apts. for the last 9 years and he has done more than an adequate job in those years.
1. He is knowledgeable and experienced in all areas of maintenance required for meadow park.
2. He has taken the time to get to know every tenant so if there is a problem/emergency he would know what to do Immediately. IE: Disability, sickness, keeping peace between tenants that don't get along.
3. He has stayed after work hours many times to make sure all is well and with a smile (as if it were his own home)
4. A couple of times in the past we had trouble with drinking and drugs from the teens in town coming here at night and destroying the place leaving all their discards all over Meadow Park. John Carrillo would come here all hours of the night to clear them out every time they came, and with a little help from the town cops and a couple of months Mr. Carrillo had the problem solved.
Bottom line Mr. John Carrillo is an excellent Maintenance person and goes way above and beyond the call of duty without extra pay because it comes from his heart. Mr. Carrillo is, and has been the glue that has held Meadow Park together for years.
We, the undersigned would like Mr. John Carrillo back in maintenance.
We believe a terrible injustice has been done to Mr. Carrillo, the tenants at Meadow Park, and your Company by letting him go. you will not find another person so dedicated or loyal to the tenants and your company then Mr. Carrillo.
If it is for finance reasons I am sure there are other ways we can cut back in order for him to come back to Meadow Park.
