In 1988 Prospect st now was vacated for what ever reason a proposed petition was signed by the local residents to vacate this st. Maybe at the time it would have been alright but now 20 years later the two residents who live on this st want it unvacated so we can get the street paved and snow removed.
I am asking you as our neighbors to sign this petition so I can take it to council to help get this st. unvacated.
