Opposing the Vineyard Development of 275+ Apartments and Commercial Buildings

The re-zoning of this area into large number of mulitiple apartments and commercial dwellings will cause the crime rate to greatly increase as it has with other simular complexes in Jonesboro.
With over 1000 new people to live and work in this area traffic problems will increase as well.
And also consider the undo burden being placed on the nearest school system to try to find space to accomdate this many new students.
By signing this I am asking the City Council to reject this re-zoning request and proposed land development by Vineyard Development for Apartment complexes and commercial businesses.
This area should remain standard residential to support heathy growth paterns for this area.
