Noise Abatement / Loud mufflers on Cars and Motorcycles

There is a standing rule of noise abatement for Villa del Rio #1 that states silence would be observed after the 10 : P.M., and also habalhabals are not allowed in the compound.

But lately there has been noisy motor cycles at all hours of the day and night that seem to be racing up and down our main street of Madrid.

This causes a disturbance to the residents, and also sets off car alarms and sets of dogs barking.

We the undersigned would like for the Residents Association to implement this and enforce the rules that are now standing.
