Matt, Silver City and Coal Mountain areas of Forsyth County, Georgia have very few quality grocery store options within close proximity to our homes.
We are a growing community with many new residents and many more new residents to come. We are strategically located and growing at a faster than average rate.
We believe a Publix supermarket at the intersection of John Burruss Road and Hwy 369 (Matt Hwy) is needed in our community. This intersection is easily accessible and most centrally located to our homes and the new residential communities under development.
A Publix supermarket at this intersection will improve the quality of life for our residents.

We, the undersigned, request Publix Supermarket open a store at the intersection of John Burruss Road and Hwy 369 (Matt Hwy) in Forsyth County, Georgia.
We want the opportunity to shop at a local Publix Supermarket store and to enjoy the high quality products and excellent customer service Publix provides.
We are tired of limited options and tired of having to drive long distances for an improved shopping experience.
We feel this is the most suitable intersection for a grocery store as it is easily accessible and most convenient to our homes.
