CATS MENACE neighbourhood

Background (Preamble):
number 3 taylor st has been a nuisance to 2-3 streets by not controlling 7-9 cats.
The cats have been urininating on BBQ's, swimming pools, gardens, roofs etc.
The cats are often up on 5 ponsford cr roof at the early hours of the morning and teasing the dogs and making a racket for several hours. In number 4 ponsford cr the cats have been getting into garges and urinating on the walls and leaving droppings in the cupboards, the cats have all so been killing the wild life (birds,rats,etc) and leaving half of the bodies with the organs pulled out on the front lawns.
Recently the cats have been leaving nasty surprises on the front door steps of both ponsford cr and taylor st. Number 5 taylor st has been asked by L J hooker to keep her cats under control.
The onwer of 5 taylor st has been confronted about the situation by several members of the community but always been met with VERY FOUL language and fight threats.

WE THE UNDERSIGNED WISH TO HAVE THE OWNER OF THE CATS REMOVED OR THE CATS REMOVED AND FOR THE OWNER OF THE CATS TO CEASE USING PROFOUND FOWL LANGUAGE.
