Paving and Drainage placement on Railroad Street and Pleasant View Dr

Background (Preamble):
Railroad Street, a county maintained road, located in Escambia County, AL, running from James Road in Nokomis to the Baldwin County Line is in a serious state of disrepair.
This street is used as a detour periodically due to the rail crossing at Perdido being closed. This street also has to be used when Perdido Creek rises out of it's banks and covers the road.
This road needs to have proper drainage put in place and paved. Pleasant View Drive , a county maintained road in a restricted sub-division, runs into Railroad St. Due to the lack of drainage on this street, it impacts the washout on Railroad St.
As Railroad Street is the only means of egress for residents of Johnson Road and Pleasant View Drive and as a detour from Perdido, we request that drainage and pavement work be performed immediately.
