Urge MySpace.com to include Animal Welfare in their Terms of Use Agreement

After many months of this active petition, MySpace.com finally removed the video in question. Furthermore, animals are now classified as 'entities' and are protected under Section 7 - Content Posted, point 7.1. in MySpace.com's Terms & Conditions.
Section 7 - Content Posted: 7.1. states;
"MySpace may reject, refuse to post or delete any Content for any or no reason, including Content that in the sole judgment of MySpace violates this Agreement or which may be offensive, illegal or violate the rights of any person or entity, or harm or threaten the safety of any person or entity."
So, if you see any form of animal cruelty on MySpace again, email MySpace telling them about it and state Section 7: 7.1 of their Terms & Conditions. Hopefully, this will deter anyone on the social networking site from glorifying animal cruelty as entertainment.

I viewed a video on MySpaceTV of a man abusing his domestic pet. Horrified, I contacted MySpace.com and asked if they could take the video down/ban the user (who was the owner of the animal). My response from MySpace was;
"Hello,
We have received and reviewed your report of inappropriate content. Based on our review, the content is within our guidelines and does not violate our Terms of Service.
We thank you for your support in helping to keep MySpace a safe and fun community.

The video is still up, the user has gone unpunished - simply because content depicting, describing and supporting animal cruelty at MySpace is not included in their Terms & Conditions. I was shocked and appalled and instead of quitting MySpace, I decided to use my membership to my advantage. However, my emails and requests have gone unnoticed, so I need everyone's help.
We can make this amendment, there is strength in numbers.
We - people interested in the welfare of animals and, global MySpace users - call social networking service MySpace.com to include Animal Welfare in their Terms of Use Agreement.
Thus, making content depicting, describing and supporting animal cruelty a violation of MySpace's Terms & Conditions and Terms of Use Agreement.
