The Cougar board has not followed proper by-laws and is not implementing the Cougar objectives in a fair or decent manner.
The Cougar board has allowed their personal judgments of adults to interfere in inspiring youth to practice ideals of health, citizenship and character.
We, the undersigned, call on the members of the Castaic/Stevenon Ranch Cougars to dismantle the Current 2008 board and hold new elections to adhere to the Cougar by-laws.
