CHARGE RAILA , RUTO AND ODM FOR KENYAN GENOCIDE

The kenyan election 07 has been used by ODM party leadership and its "supporters" to commit Genocide against Communities (Kikuyu's, Kisii's and Kamba's) perceived not to have voted for RAILA AMOLLO ODINGA ODM's presidential candidate.

By now more than 1,000 are dead. In less than 14 days 600 people, from above communities, had been executed and more than 300,000 turned into refugees in their own country, Babies burnt in a church in Eldoret-RUTO's Constituency, Women and children raped - their crime, - right to vote and belonging to "wrong tribes" .

These amounts to attempts to create "Ethinically pure areas" in ODM strongholds which amounts to "ethnic cleansing"- summary executions, forced displacements, expulsions, physical harassment and destruction of property. (Eldoret, January 24, 2008) – Human Rights Watch investigations indicate that, after Kenya’s disputed elections, opposition party officials and local elders planned and organized ethnic-based violence in the Rift Valley, Human Rights Watch said today.

The evidence for these is as:

1.On the more than 80 people- 45 being children- burnt in a church in Eldoret(RUTO's Home area) RAILA on BBC HARD TALK (16/01/2008) said ; The attackers "... did not know that in the church there were children which were being kept there as refugees....". This he said is according to "Catholic priest" in charge of the church(The church was not CATHOLIC but ASSEMBLIES OF GOD). Who is this "Catholic priest" he is quoting?

2."We believe that the ongoing violence, ethnic cleansing and murder of innocent Kenyans is now genocide in character. APSEA holds the political class fully responsible for these atrocities.” Association of Proffessional Societies in East Africa(APSEA) - The Standard ,4th January 2008

3. “There is nothing so distressing than reading about people being burnt in a church. We have been there and we know how bad our sisters and brothers in Kenya are feeling”.Archbishop Desmond Tutu -on burning of eldoret church

4. “ The viciousness of the violence is becoming faster, more exterminating and more participatory. In general the character of violence is similar to Rwanda .indicators show the violence is directed at particular ethnic groups. It is intended to destroy them and their economic well being”.

6. "How will raping a woman or killing an innocent child give the perpetrator the president he is demanding?'' While challenging Pentagon members wives (Mrs Rachel Ruto,Ida Odinga, Tessy Mudavadi and Najaah Balala- who campaigned that their husbands "ODM Government-" WILL UPHOLD WOMEN'S RIGHT. None has ever spoken on this.

7. During electioneering Raila -ODM presidential candidate said he had nothing against the KIKUYU- yet nobody had challenged him otherwise.

9. Hon RUTO, ODM - MP for Eldoret was mentioned as one person using HATE SPEECH during campaigns By Kenya National Commission on Human Rights -KNCHR-headed by Maina Kiai.

10. Hon Zakayo Cheruiyot- MP elect Kuresoi- former Internal security PS accused by American FBI for hiding Rwandan Genocide master mind Kabuga, was also mentioned by KNCHR as the sponsor of Kuresoi Violence where according to MOLO OCPD - John Katumo- 50 suspects were arrested with 2 homemade guns capable of firing,82 live ammunitions,bows and arrows,pangas and machetes . 11. "The chaos is citizen’s demand for their rights”.ODM pentagon members Mudavadi, Ruto, Ngilu and Nyagah said at Hurligham shopping center when they were stopped to go for Mass Rally at Uhuru park, The Standard Newspaper 4th January 2008.

12. "In all objecitivity, one cannot say that the Police officers are using force." EU head Erick Van der Linden when together with German Ambassador W. Lindner visited Kibera(RAILA's Constituency) to assess whether police were using excessive force to disperse demonstrators. The Standard 4th January 2008.

13.When challenged by Kenyan media why the violence is worst in ODM strong holds the ODM secretary General Anyang Nyongo said its not their work to provide security to people.

14. "The name Antonio Teixeira may not ring any bells in Kenya. But in international circles, the chairman of Energem Resources, which bought a 55 per cent stake in the Odinga family’s Spectre International –sends several alarms.

Teixeira has been linked to Branch Energy and Executive Outcomes, two notorious private security-cum-paramilitary companies with a record of involvement in war wealth.Branch Energy, which had mining concessions in Sierra Leone, is 100 per cent owned by Teixeira’s Energem. Remember the "BLOODY DIAMONDS"

His entry into Kenya’s business circles is expected to raise eyebrows because of past business links with "mercenary" companies hired to protect mining companies in some of Africa’s bloodiest war zones, The Sunday Standard ,August 1, 2004.

15. Local Televisions showed an aerial clip of rug tug warriors armed to the teeth roaming Burnt Forest torching houses in Rift Valley.The plane was carrying Kenya Red Cross staff on a rescue mission of the "clashes" victims around 3rd January 2008.

16. LOCAL LEADERS and ODM mobilizers arranged frequent meetings following the election to organize, direct and facilitate the violence unleashed by gangs of local youth.
