I asked for change in Tarrif to Vodafone executive to 998 yearly plan on 22nd of November in which flat 50 paise call is there local (any mobile and landline.

He also confirmed me the activation of STD @1.2 and Message @10paise foor 500 messages from 10 PM to 10AM at a monthly rental of 30 each.

Then I called accordingly and message accordingly between those timings only.

Now they are charging me message @ 1.5 each and STD @ 2.25 per minute and also local to landline at higher rate.

Please help me out and reimburse my 2 months Excess billing.
