edward jerome bell is an adopted, half filipino/american he got involve in a robbery and served jail for 18yrs, he got paroled in 2006 but never been out of it coz the immigration people took him for deportation in the philippines may of 2006.
edward was adopted with legal docu's proof of the adoption since he was 9 months old, till 43y/o he's in the us, how come coz of the crime he was deported, both adopted parents are deceased only docu's can prove of his citizenship.

Petition:
i am pleading for this petition to be reviewed by the concerned authorities for edward to be back to the us coz he is an american citizen too, philippines is not his land. have pity for this citizen becoming a peasant in this country wherein his heirs and properties in order to live is there in the us
