We are concerned about the negative impact that the rezoning of the Holiday Inn would have on the surrounding businesses.
There is also a large concern in regards to the loss of an island icon, one which draws an extremely large number of tourist and locals.

We, the undersigned, request that the board NOT approve the rezoning that would allow for bonus density for the property located at 1 South Forest Beach Rd. Hilton Head Island, SC 29928, doing business as Holiday Inn Oceanfront, owned by Lodgian.
