Chicago Police Officer Alvarez of the 24th District Rogers Park, Chicago, IL. This officer should be arrested and charged with assault and battery, false arrest, malicious prosecution, filing a false police report and attempted murder. My neighbor witnessed these event's and the OPS of Chicago has completed an investigation and still no charges have been filed against this officer.
Your average everyday citizen living in Chicago has no rights under the constitution, I was beaten, threatened with torture, falsely arrested and told by the arresting officer "You do not have any fucking rights", as it turns out he was right.
Here it is several months later and I am still kicking and screaming and fighting for the justice that was denied me on 1/27/05.
Properly investigate Officer Alvarez of the 24th District, Rogers Park, Chicago, Illinois. Officer Alvarez should be thoroughly investigated for assault and battery, filing a false police report, verbal abuse, and attempted murder.
