With the current economic situation, the Center Grove School Board has proposed many solutions to help with the finances. One of the proposed solutions is eliminating teacher positions in the fine arts department at Center Grove High School and eliminating some funding for the programs.
Perhaps the school board does not know how much this would affect the hundreds of students involved in the fine arts program. However, we have a voice and need to speak up for what we believe in.

We, the undersigned, call for the Center Grove School Board to take our opinion into consideration as it goes to make a decision on the cuts in the Center Grove Fine Arts Department in the spring of 2010.
