At the moment the best coaches in the country, that are contracted to the GBWBA as GB coaches, are coaching at specific clubs in the Super League which then leads the GB players to those clubs; This does not allow for a level playing field or a competitive Super League for all teams involved.
What we propose to the GBWBA is that contracted coaches do not align themselves to specific clubs and instead go around to clubs within their region, or better yet the country, assisting coaches at all clubs to improve the standard of the players at all clubs.
