Gabriela's father abandoned her with no valid justification before she was born. Due to his Fame and Top Prospect Status he hides behind this Powerful Platform to not take full accountability for his actions.

Through the "JUSTICE 4 TEAM GABY Petition" I would like to reach Major League Baseball Commissioner and Officials to Implement and Strongly Enforce High monetary fines, taking into consideration salary and endorsement income (which should be placed in an EDUCATION: early years through higher education, TRUST FUND solely for the affected child, to ensure his or her future), against those professional baseball players who "Taint" the image of former and current responsible, loving and caring MLB players/fathers and MLB Organization by acting irresponsibly towards their minor children.
