AT&T has the technology to make Tethering and MMS possible, and they have the resources to prioritize this endeavor so that it will be ready July 19th (The release of iPhone OS 3.0). However it is not their plan to do so.

It is the belief of the undersigned that while it may seem uneconomical to spend the extra money to upgrade AT&T systems and roll out this service immediately, it is in the companies best interest and will result in higher long term profits.

We the undersigned as iPhone users and AT&T customers will remain customers of the AT&T Wireless service if AT&T shows a greater commitment to the consumer by making the investment needed to have MMS and Tethering available for the launch of iPhone 3.0.

Withholding that, when alternative services become available we will migrate.
