As a resident that has Solitaire Property Management run the estate where I live. On numerous occasions I have brought to their attention issues with the service they provide yet I have never received a satisfactory response.
In order to ascertain whether this was an isolated case, I setup the website: www.thetruthaboutsolitaire.co.uk.
I did this to find out if other residents that have Solitaire run their estate encountered the same problems that I did.
Much to my surprise I have been overwhelmed with messages of support and cases where I now realise that it's a nationwide problem with Solitaire and not just a one off!
TheTruthAboutSolitaire want to get enough signatures to present to Solitaire to make them aware that "we" the residents that they look after, are fed up with poor customer services, lack of services and general money grabbing.
