Background (Preamble):
As bullfighting has been of the hispanic culture for centeries not only in Spain, as well as Latin Americas. The hispanic culture has a strong foundation in Christian roots; that giving charity during such events as bullfight to people of poverty in our culture and heritage of love (Romanticism).
This is a total opposite of the rodeo "culture" practiced in the U.S. that the value of a human's life as a doll gives only amusement and no grounds for charitable deeds.

We the people of human integrity who support culture and heritage, want to perserve bullfighting in its use of charitable actions by our universal christian roots.
