Ray, we Bill Elliott fans would personally like to thank you for reuniting our favorite driver, and the car #9 for the 2001-2003 NASCAR racing seasons.
For that we send our appreciation. When Bill announced that he would be driving part time, you were interviewed and made this statement:
"On the day Bill Elliott decides it's going to be his last race, he will drive the No. 9."
Ray, can you please provide us Bill Elliott fans the honor of honoring this statement?
