The key members (Raila, Ruto and Balala) of the Orange Democratic Movement (party of Kenya) spread a hate campaign through out the campaign period.
Constant and consistent statements alleging that one Kenyan community (Kikuyu) unfairly benefited from national resources filled their speeches. This in turn created a lot of animosity towards the Gikuyu, Embu, Meru and Akamba (GEMA).
Following the 2007 presidential elections results it took less that 15 minutes for alcohol reeking militia to descend on innocent civilians from the GEMA and Kisii communities in strategic locations country wide.
The ensuing killings and destruction of property was criminal activity.
Let an international court test the widespread allegation that the Orange Democratic Movement's top leadership have used violence to pursue their own political ends.
