34. No to imported Radioactive Foodstuffs

Since Friday foods and vegetables with a radioactive level of 10 times or more the EU approved limit have been allowed to be imported into Germany.

Foodwatch and the Environmental Institute (Munich) are very critical of this development. The German public and their children should be protected from cancer causing radioactive ingestion at all costs.

A Pro Veritate et Iustitia felhívja a nyilvánosság figyelmét arra, hogy a magyar történeti alkotmány hatályon kívül helyezése óta hozott törvények legitimitása megkérdőjelezhető, azok felülvizsgálata szükséges.

A Pro Veritate et Iustitia felhívás támogatói kérik hazánk jogfolytonosságának visszaállítását! A meglévő történeti alkotmány, a mai kor követelményei szerint modernizálva szolgálná a magyarság érdekeit a jelenben és a jövőben.

A Pro Veritate et Iustitia elindítói: Esterházy Antal, Bánffy Miklós, Hunyady József, Kállay Ubul Tamás, Lipthay Antal, Berg Gloria, Ugron Béla, Zichy Mihály, Gudenus János Józef, Nádasdy N. Andrea, Bánffy Tamás, Szentkirályi Miklós, Bethlen Farkas, Pallavicini Borbála, Nyáry Gál, Batthyány Bálint.

Amennyiben egyetért a Pro Veritate et Iustitia dokumentumban (www.proveritateetiustitia.wordpress.com) foglaltakkal, nevének és adatainak megadásával csatlakozhat hozzá. Előre is köszönjük értékes közreműködését!

I to - bez ikakvog objašnjenja!

37. Stop the Traditional Herbal Medicinal Products Directive

The Traditional Herbal Medicinal Products Directive (THMPD) is presented as a service to European citizens and as simple to apply. However, close examination of its methods in practice demonstrates that the reality will be an egregious abridgement of the rights of individuals to obtain and use the health treatments they choose.

While it benefits citizens for governmental agencies to advise on efficacy and safety of products that have been commonly and freely used by utilising a particular method of inquiry, that information may not address the needs of individuals and presumes that there is only one system for obtaining accurate and beneficial information. That is equivalent to allowing only one religion as the accepted source of truth.

The costs and systems required by THMPD are generally not manageable by small manufacturers, which are the predominant suppliers of herbal products. This results in an unfair competitive advantage to multinational corporations, which ultimately limits the individual's access to quality and selection in herbal medicinal products.

With THMPD, the European Union has overstepped and is severely restricting the unwritten rights of each human being to choose and access methods of managing health. It is a dangerous usurpation of civil rights that assumes the individual does not have the ability to make proper health decisions. Self-determination in matters of health must be treated as an inherent civil right, and THMPD is an abrogation of it.

Read this to see the sort of madness that the EU Commission is already enacting--and that you may help stop by signing this petition.

38. Drilling for Oil in The Gulf Must STOP

As you are all aware BP recently had a major disaster that has caused millions of tonnes of oil to spill into the Gulf and this is destroying everything it engulfs.

BP also stated before this horrendous incident that this type of accident could never happen.

So why then did it happen?

39. Direct Election of the European Commission's President by EU citizens

We want Europe to be more democratic. Europe has to be built with the citizens!

That is why we want the european commission to be accountable to EU citizens, by electing directly its president, who then will have to be approved by both european parliament and european council.

According the Lisboa treaty, if we reach 1 million signatures, our claim should be heard!

40. Hold a Referendum on the Lisbon Treaty

In November 2009 the UK became part of an effective EU superstate, this of course is known by its name of the Lisbon Treaty which our country signed, however the ordinary citizen of Britain was never consulted in the process of signing the Lisbon Treaty.

However one little known part of the Lisbon Treaty has saved the day. Citizen's Initiative means that any signature that gets 1,000,000 signatures can be introduced as a bill in the European parliament. So the idea is to get Lisbon Treaty referendum as a bill in the European parliament.

Please sign and get us out of this EU hellhole.

41. David Cameron should keep his promise and hold a referendum on the Lisbon Treaty

We want David Cameron to keep his promise and hold a referendum on the Lisbon Treaty or we will not vote Conservative.

Recently, the chairman of the Conservative Party, David Cameron, has told voters that his party will not be holding a public referendum on the EU Lisbon Treaty, despite his iron-clad promise in 2007 assuring us that one would be held.

It is abhorrent that a major political party has cut we, the British people, out of affairs that would directly affect us. It is the people that make up the UK and without us, the Conservative Party would not even exist. We demand the right to be heard.

42. Time for the political elite to re-evalute what they are doing.

The World is going in the wrong direction, politically and socially - it is time for the political elite to re-evalute what they are doing.

Everyone agrees these are challenging times - but are we going in the right direction, politically, and doing the right things. I fear not.

More and more we see an insane amount of new regulations entering our lives, many of which are ill thought out, make things worse in some respect and don't actually solve any real problems. The new EU wide banking restictive regulations are a case to consider - not yet applied, but all of the talk suggests it will be another cow designed by a committee.

Our lives have been alterd to a huge degree by oppressive legislation, allegedly against terrorists, but we find councils taking advantage of such to spy on people who may not be in a school catchment area.

The UN issues decrees, for example, they wrote to all governments saying that very young kids should get explicit sexual education. There are no sane grounds for this, and the fact that the UN has been implicated in perversions involving kids does not make this an organisation I want to trust. The UN also interferred in the UK by saying the Monarchy should be abolished.

As more and more politically motivated global organisations spread their combined messages, they are not one of sanity, rather, they are moving us towards a single political solution - a one size fits all kind of world, where people are ignored by those in power that would only push their own agenda, despite any messages they would get from the people who are more and more under the effect of bad government.

The EU is perhaps the best example of a runaway political movement that doesn't involve the people in its decisions. I will just say "The Lisbon Treaty" - Need I say more.

OK, so we are going the wrong political direction, given that many of the proposed solutions, and this involves the worst excesses of the environmental lobby, are of the type that the old USSR would have been proud of.

Innovation and personal integrity are being stifled. Responsibility for everything now is with some governing body, be it an unelected quango or some hidden 'crat lurking behind a government minister.

This is not how it was meant to be. Politicians have failed us miserably by creating terrorism, when diplomacy would have been the sane approach, but whose purpose is being served in this matter?

43. Save Our Watts

SAVE OUR WATTS!

This is a petition against the EU removing the measure of power "watts" from lightbulbs and replacing them with the measure "lumens". From September next year, lightbulbs in the European Union will no longer be marked with wattage, they will instead be marked in lumens. There is fear these bulbs are linked to several health issues including skin rashes, migraine and epilepsy. There are also safety concerns because of their mercury content, which makes them difficult and dangerous to dispose of. Watts is our standard measure for the power produced by a lightbulb and is understood worldwide. This will also undoubtly have an affect on our children aswell, as watts is often used in Physics and is an intracil part of it. However without this in mainstream society, it will most likely prove to be negative on our children's understanding of the measure.

The Watt is named after Scotsman James Watt, the developer of the steam engine amongst other creations such as rotary engine and letter copying press (essentialy a very early photocopier). The unit of power was first accepted into the British Association for the Advancement of Science in 1889 and since it's acception into the International System of Units in 1960 it has been ever-present on almost every lightbulb world-wide.

44. There's Nothing British about the BNP

Nick Griffin, BNP Leader -“I want to see Britain become the 99 per cent genetically white country she was just eleven years before I was born . . . Nothing will ever turn me from working towards that final vision”

Many people are disillusioned with British Politicians. Expenses claims, the economic crisis, rising debt, smear campaigns, never answering questions with a straight answer… The list goes on.

The BNP want you to believe that they are a moderate party who provide you with a protest vote against the Conservative, Labour and Lib Dem parties.

They are not. The party is built around a leadership and philosophy that wants British citizens deported just because of the colour of their skin.

The BNP could win seats in the European Parliament on June 4th. Help us stop them. Please sign below, and please vote in the EU elections on June 4th.

Britain is the fairest country in the world, there is nothing British about the BNP.

46. Petition in support of European Commision´s Development Aid for Eritrea

The European Commission is considering giving Development Aid to Eritrea.

For this to happen we urge all Eritreans and Eritrea Loving People to show their support.

Man will sie lediglich in Verbänden organisiert wissen.

48. Tiukempi ampuma-aselaki Suomeen - Finland needs tougher gun legislation

Within less than a year, Finland has seen two separate school shooting tragedies.

On 7 November 2007, Pekka-Eric Auvinen, 18, shot dead eight and himself at Jokela High School in Tuusula, southern Finland; on 23 September 2008, Matti Juhani Saari, 22, killed ten and himself at the college of Kauhajoki, western Finland.

Both Auvinen and Saari committed their murders by .22 calibre semi-automatic handguns, which both of them had legally obtained and registered with the police less than a month before the incidents. Both had received their permits on the grounds that target shooting at shooting range was their hobby. Auvinen was a member of a local shooting club, even if the club later confirmed that he had only attended a single one-hour training session there. As of the evening of 23 September it was still unclear whether Saari was a member to any shooting club; in legislation membership is not even a requirement. As is the common practice in Finland, both stored their guns in their homes.

With 56 firearms per 100 inhabitants, Finland has the world's third highest (official) gun ownership ratio in the world, behind only the US and Yemen. This reflects both a long national tradition of hunting and sport shooting, as well as, relatedly, a comparatively lax gun legislation.

Not only are hunting firearms (e.g. shotguns, rifles) easy to acquire by standards of any other any other rich-world country, but also handguns (e.g. pistols), with no relevant hunting purpose, can be obtained with very little inconvenience. (It is telling that Auvinen, a 18-year-old first-time licensee, had initially applied permit for a deadlier 9 mm Beretta pistol; this was denied as too powerful for a beginner, but since he had no criminal record such a request did not allow/oblige the police to either reject or vet further his second application.)

The Finnish government is currently preparing a new gun legislation. The need for a new law was prompted by an EU directive which mandates the countries to forbid the selling of firearms to people who are under 18 years old (something that Finland until the Jokela massacre opposed), and up to date was not meant to include any other major changes.

By signing this petition you express your concern over the Finnish gun laws, and demand the legislator to review them considerably further and sooner than required by the European Union.

Guns indeed never kill people, but they make it much easier. That's why owning them must be made more difficult.

51. Northern Cyprus to be a Recognised Country

Why is it that Northern Cyprus is one of the most in demand countries in Europe in regards to properties, holidays and living. But the countries around the world still refuse to recognise North Cyprus as a country.

Still stopping Northern Cyprus from expressing, selling or buying on the common market.

52. Protest Kosovo Independence

Russia is convinced that the idea of Kosovo's independence is far-fetched. Nobody had even mentioned it before NATO bombed Yugoslavia in 1999. At that time, the discussion centered on various parameters of autonomy and a change in Yugoslavia's federal structure.

Russia's foreign minister called on Thursday (February 21, 2008) for talks on the status of Kosovo, whose parliament declared independence on February 17, to be resumed.

Tensions have escalated in Belgrade, with thousands of Serbs gathering in the capital to protest against Kosovo's independence. Groups of activists broke into United States and Croatian embassies in protest against the countries' support for Kosovo's secession.

Sergei Lavrov told reporters in Moscow: "Talks on Kosovo's status should be restarted," and warned that the unilateral declaration could have consequences which "could harm Russia's relations with the EU and the United States."

Serbia said on Wednesday(February 20th, 2008) it would utilize all possible political and diplomatic means to maintain the country's territorial integrity in the wake of Kosovo's declaration of independence. "Serbia's internationally recognized borders have been unilaterally violated," Foreign Minister Vuk Jeremic told a news conference.

(thanks to various pages from http://en.rian.ru/ )

Why is Serbia’s Province of Kosovo so important to Serbs? Consider, first, that Kosovo is the historical heart and religious soul of Serbia. Hundreds of Serbian Orthodox churches, monasteries, and holy sites in Kosovo attest to this. But our full answer would have to include that what is happening in Kosovo today is of far reaching importance for the entire world.

53. Kibaki Must Step Down

The international community is very much aware that Mwai Kibaki and his Party of National Unity (PNU) rigged the December 2007 Kenyan presidential election.

In recognition of this fact, the European Union, Britain, and the United States have refused to recognize the Kibaki government as legitimate.

As members of the international community, we do not intend to allow this blatant act of disregard for the rule of law and for the will of the people of Kenya to go unchallenged.

The list of evidence of election irregularities compiled in this petition contains widely known facts and has been corroborated by various news sources.

1) All polls taken before the election favored Raila Odinga and his party, the Orange Democratic Movement (ODM), with Odinga leading Kibaki by a margin of 4%. A mid-December report by the government's own intelligence service gave Raila Odinga an even larger lead of 8% to 15% over Mwai Kibaki. As the election drew near, the Steadman poll, which is conducted under the leadership of George Waititu, a close friend of Kibaki's, showed Kibaki catching up to Odinga although the total for the three leading candidates added up to 101%.

2) The Kenyan National Commission on Human Rights (KNCHR) reported that Muslim voters, most of whom were expected to favor Raila Odinga, were denied voter cards in the leadup to the election.

3) Prior to the election, Raila Odinga warned that Mwai Kibaki and his party planned to illegally deploy Administrative Police (AP) as poll agents for the purpose of intimidating voters. While Mwai Kibaki originally denied these allegations, subsequent events showed that Odinga was correct--the East African Standard reported that 65,000 APs were in fact illegally deployed to various parts of the country.

4) Prior to the election, the impartiality and credibility of the Electoral Commission of Kenya (ECK) was jeopardized by Mwai Kibaki's control over the appointment of foreign observers. The East African Standard reported that ECK Chairman Samuel Kivuitu had himself accused the Kibaki "government of selectively inviting international observers for the December polls." Member of Parliament William Ruto of ODM also voiced concern, stating that "Kibaki has gone against a precedence that even brought him to power. The President alone has appointed ECK commissioners. He alone has picked foreign observers. When you put these two issues in the wider picture of the run-up to elections, you see we have a reason to doubt the fairness of the coming polls."

5) Early in the election, when Raila Odinga went to cast his vote at a polling station in his constituency of Langata, he found that his name was missing from the poll register. Furthermore, names beginning in 'A,' 'E' and 'O'--traditionally Luo and Luhya names--were missing.

6) Raila Odinga's ODM party firmly secured the Parliament, winning more than 45% percent of parliamentary seats--that is, at least 95 out of 210 electable seats--compared to Mwai Kibaki's PNU party which secured only 37 seats in total and lost 22 of its original 32 seats. The ouster of the majority of Kibaki's cabinet was regarded by many as a bold statement to the degree to which the majority of the electorate had lost confidence in the Kibaki administration.

7) In Garsen, a mob destroyed 35 ballot boxes on suspicion of rigging.

8) One constituency, Maragwa, reported 115% voter turnout.

9) Although voting ended on Thursday, December 27, the announcement of results from some polling stations was delayed for more than two days because:
a) The aforementioned irregularities compelled numerous complaints from candidates of both parties.
b) ECK returning officers from disputed polling stations could not be located by Kivuitu and had turned off their cell phones.

10) Samuel Kivuitu, chairman of the Electoral Commission of Kenya (ECK), himself acknowledged that the delay would have allowed time for these missing officials or others to rig votes. "This is where cooking could be taking place," said Kivuitu.

11) The ECK failed to address the majority of these concerns raised by Raila Odinga, his ODM party, and the general public and proceeded to announce the obviously illegitimate results, thereby failing in its responsibility to the people of Kenya and lending validity to the debacle.

12) After the ECK announced the results, declaring Mwai Kibaki the winner, the East African Standard reported that an ECK officer alleged that there had been "blatant and shameless alteration of documents" primarily by "information technology officials." This officer said that the Coast and upper Eastern provinces were most affected by rigging, but also named the constituencies of Moyale, Laisamis, Saku and Matuga.

13) A Reuters article also quoted an "election observer who asked not to be named" as having "very little doubt" that the election was rigged.

14) Furthermore, before Kivuitu declared Mwai Kibaki the winner, Alexander Graf Lambsdorff, chief European Union election monitor, stated that there was ``a big question mark over the tallying of results.''

15) After Kivuitu declared Mwai Kibaki the winner, Lambsdorff repeated his misgivings. "We regret that it has not been possible to address irregularities about which both the EU and the ECK have evidence ... some doubt remains as to the accuracy of the result of the presidential election as announced today," said Lambsdorff.

16) Lambsdorff has again gone on record as saying that the tallying process lacked credibility.

17) Prior to Mwai Kibaki's secretive swearing in ceremony, the Kenyan government suspended all live television broadcasts. Coverage of post-election violence, including the government's use of armed police in suppressing demonstrators, has therefore been difficult to verify. In view of the above irregularities, this has had the effect of further eroding any semblance of democracy.

18) Finally, tallies reported by the ECK differed from those announced at polling stations and on television news broadcasts. The New York Times reports that, "The European Union said its observers in one constituency last week witnessed election officials announce that President Kibaki had won 50,145 votes, but on Sunday the election commission increased those same results to 75,261 votes."

Taken as a whole, this evidence is more than enough to declare the presidency of Mwai Kibaki illegitimate and to install the legitimate winner, Raila Odinga, into that office.

The use of double collars has increased 100% in the last six months in the Paris branch of The Senlis Council.

This is unacceptable not only on aesthetic and and moral grounds, but is also dangerous for the safety of co-workers.

How long before someone loses an eye in a tragic collar-related accident?

The European Convention on Human Rights was signed by the UK government in 1998 without any prior consent from the British public.

This has caused us to lose our right to self govern and means that any criminal can appeal to the EU Court which overrules our courts.
