<p>I find this offer insulting &amp; disrespectful to our integrity, hard work and the role we play in the bank winning awards &amp; Gail getting her substantial bonus.</p>

Targets are hard enough to meet as it is and it dissapointing to see loading removed when one works the late hours. Loading is one of the incentives to work the late hours.
