By the Supreme Court attempting to change the definition of marriage which has stood the test of time, over 2000 years, they are creating a slippery slope of literally anybody or group being able to get married. This will confuse children and many businesses not to speak of the devastating effect it will have on finances!

The Supreme Court over step the limits provided by the constitution. While I no longer live in Kentucky, I have family that does and they believe as I do. There is no legislation on gay marriage furthermore, there are two justices on the Supreme Court that practice giving homosexual licenses. They should have recused themselves so that they had little or no bias one way or the other.
