I arrived at the auto service centre at around 5:10pm asking for an oil change. The CanTire man told me it would take 45 minutes but I waited for 1.5 hour and my car is still outside in the parking spot exactly where I left it. This CanTire Auto worker told me it was not his problem that nothing was done on my car & that I wasted 1.5 hour for nothing. He was rude & had a poor attitude. Do not ever go to the CanTire at Queen St & Airport Road, Brampton, Ontario.

The specials are full of discontinued items - even the suppliers don't provide support.

The staff is about as useful as blind and deaf pot smoking rocks - when you can find them.

The service prices - lol - Insane! And always totally diff from specialists.

Asides from maybe a screw driver here and there if there are no other options - this dollar store junk yard isn't getting no more cash from me.

After telling them I was going to contact thheir headquarters in Toronto, the maNAGER CALLED TO SAY HE FOUND THE PART. hONDA PARTS REQUESTED BUT NOT INSTALLED. tHEY COULD NOT EVER EXPLAIN WHAT CAUSED THE NOSE, BUT PUT IN NEW BEARINGS AND A WATER PUMPS, 2 DAYS LATER AND 800+ DOLLARS.

Bought 4 winter tires from them, they refused to help loan tires to my car. They were too busy to install the tires so I had to come another day, which is fine as i would rather they do it right and not rush, but when i came back I ordered steel rims to be put on my winter tires but they forgot and now Im stuck with my tires with my summer rims. Crappy service refuse to admit they were at fault.
