Sick of being lied to, cheated, stolen from, sick of having to watch moronic politicians sling immature insults at each other like 10 year olds and then getting paid 6-figure salaries + benefits to do so. I recognize no authority whatsoever in Julia Gillard and her crowd, they are a complete and utter disgrace to the human race.

Pollies all seem to be a law unto themselves. There is no democracy in this country. Did we get a chance to vote on the Carbon Tax, the GST?? What about a parent's right to smack their kids? The majority of parents want to teach their kids the right way to grow up - all kids need discipline BUT with the Government of the day people are taken to court and have their kids taken away from them for doing so!! Spare the rod and spoil the child, and that is what we are getting SPOILT children who know it all and divorce their parents, they live on the streets and become the public purse's problem because they will not toe the line at home!! We don't even have a say in the rubbish they insist on teaching our kids in our schools - why does Australia have to follow other countries' examples (America) and to my mind, detrimentally pulling our country down; were they such a good example in the first place? If there was a true democracy people would be consulted, there would be questionnaires etc.

Everyone should be held accountable for there actions.If this was a third world country the people wouldnt be signing petitions they would be over throwing the goverment.
