Freedom of education means means TOTAL AUTONOMY to run & manage the educational institutions. After getting required registration from the govt any institution should be given complete freedom to impart education of the choice of the giver & taker. The TOTAL freedom to decide syllabus, pedagogy, test or exam pattern, evaluation, marking schemes, time & place of teaching - learning ,methodology every thing literally every thing. Why should the corrupt politician, bureaucrats decide, control & dominate what, where, how, how much & why should we learn ? Declare education as an industry, let there be Govt. institutes & let the govt. perform its social responsibility through govt. controlled institutions. The present system also allows students to study as private students without going to any formal institutes. Even the science students don't go to formal schools, just go to unrecognized COACHING INSTITUTES! We have ENTRANCE EXAMS at every level & BOARD EXAM / SCHOOL RESULTS are of no importance then why should we have this forma- unuseful. - irrelevant age old system. TAX private institutes but GIVE THEM TOTAL AUTONOMY.
