Coal mining is what people in our area live on. Men and women work so hard to provide for their families and if this isn't stopped there will be nothing in our area for families to live on. We need our coal industries. My Dad was a miner for 30 years and now my husband works in the coal industry without coal we will not be able to live and poverty will soon come for all of us in this area. Why the government can talk so harsh about coal while men and women risk their lives to provide for their loved ones and yet government officials do not recognize the sacrifices that people make to provide and they do it with such honor and pride knowing that they are giving their familes the best that they can. Please we have to join together and keep coal alive. To me coal is just as beautiful as the stars in the sky it is such a wonderful natural resource. I just wish that members of the government that want to do away with coal would go for one day into a mines and see how wonderful this natural resource is. I also wish they could see how hard the miners work to provide and it is done with such honor.
