<p>Currently Tanzanians we&#039;re in darkness and we have lost our image and direction b&#039;coz of untransparence and lack of goodgovernance resulted from the outdated Constitution w&#039;re relaying on.</p>

<p>In-fact on the existing Constitution, it seems the right is provided interms of written words and stories but not in practice, whilst, Nations with Democracy, right must seen being done and not otherwise.</p>]]></description>
