Our fire & police services have been cut. The youth already give problems warranting police to give free rides home at weekends! The town has NO amenities for youth.

The term affordable homes leads to the wrong type of citizens.
The road congestion will be severe given that the town is already too small to cope with the traffic conditions.
This is a plan to satisfy council and government needs and gives no consideration to the current population of this lovely small town which is about to be ruined.

The transport system and amenities just aren't capable enough to handle 400+ new people in the area. The road is already dangerous without 200 cars pulling on and off Thetford road every day with the proposed junction. There is no real reason for these houses to be built apart from profit. The last estate failed to sell more than 40% of the houses meaning that the other 60% was used as council housing which affected the resale values of the existing surrounding houses. It is currently unnecessary to spread the town out any further and doing so will negatively affect the existing residents.
