<p>Yes BSKYB are pretty bad as a company when it comes to dealing with certain customer issues. i should know, ive had pretty much no broadband for nearly 4 months now! and yes ive been passed from pillar to post from various sky employees who have neither the knowledge or competence to deal with my problem. which as it turns out is a fault that only BT can fix not SKY. im not excusing this in any way as im contracted to and paying SKY not BT. But you cetaintly cant blame one person i.e. Beverly Sutherland for the failures of a company that has over 20,000 employees! it  took me a while to speak to the right person, but now i have and Miss Sutherland has endeavored to rectify my problem. she has always contacted me as and when she said she would. although im still waiting to get my broadband fixed, i am totally confident it will be due to the faultless effort she has put in. i strongly suggest you have a bit of patience with people who are only trying to do their job. and definitely do not start a public flogging or witch hunt against a lady who is only there to help YOU! whoever set this up should be ashamed of yourself!</p>]]></description>
